Legacy or discontinued equipment is common: the OEM packing is no longer supplied, and the buyer needs a reverse-matched replacement. Send a drawing or measurement, and the engineering team will cross-reference fiber type, impregnation, and cross-section against the operating conditions.

What can actually be customized?

Cross-section and construction, impregnation formulation, packaging configuration, and private-label branding. Fiber type is selected from the qualified range — PAN, Kynol, acrylic, PTFE, graphite PTFE, carbon fiber, and aramid — rather than sourced as an unverified blend.

What is the MOQ for a fully custom specification?

Standard specifications start at 50 kg. Custom impregnation, non-standard cross-sections, and private-label packaging start at 100 kg. The sample stage is separate and can be approved before the bulk quantity is committed.

How long does a custom sample take, and what does it cost?

Sample kits are dispatched within 3–5 working days and are free of charge; freight is collect. Bulk lead time after approval is 10–20 days, with impregnation and cross-section setup being the main variable rather than braiding.
